According to reports, in August 2019, Changxing Technician College and local enterprises jointly formulated a talent cultivation plan to recruit junior high school graduates from Zhaotong, Yunnan, and Zhijin, Guizhou, and signed a targeted employment agreement. After two years of free learning and living, today, "ordering" enterprises have come to the school to pick up "customized talents" for production.
