The Asian Games ignite passion, and the sacred flame illuminates the city of Lake. On the morning of September 9th, the torch relay of the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou was held at the Huzhou Station.

Torch Relay Route Planning

The starting ceremony of the torch relay at Huzhou Station was held at the South Square of Huzhou Administrative Center. The route starts from the South Square of the Administrative Center of Huzhou City, passes along Renhuangshan Road - the Taihu Lake Road - Jintian Road - Olympic Sports Center - Tongxin Road - the Taihu Lake Road, and finally reaches the Moon Square on the south bank of the Taihu Lake Lake, with a total length of about 9.5km.

The entire transmission route is divided into six sections according to the characteristics of each node along the route, presenting the construction achievements of "six new Huzhou" such as "New Huzhou with Strength, New Huzhou with Vitality, New Huzhou with Quality, New Huzhou with Humanities, New Huzhou with Beauty, and New Huzhou with Happiness".

A total of 170 torchbearers participated in the relay at Huzhou Station, including 60 torchbearers sent by the province and 110 local torchbearers from Huzhou City. These torchbearers come from all walks of life, including advanced model figures such as excellent party members, model worker and moral models, as well as representatives of front-line grassroots such as scientific researchers, leaders in getting rich, and new business workers.
